FAQs:

  1. What are the shipping charges?
Most of our products already have a shipping price indicated in its description. The shipping prices are standard for all Australian states. However, there are some products listed with “TBC” under the shipping section. For these items, please send us a message and we’ll respond to you with a quotation.

If you’re ordering multiple items, you’ll simply have to pay for the highest shipping cost and 1/3 of the cost of each of the other items. For example, if you bought 3 items, and the shipping charges are $40, $30 and $30 respectively, your shipping charges will be $60 in total.

For international shipping charges, please|contact us.

2)Are there additional costs to the shipping charges?

Not likely. Our shipping charges include the costing for the necessary packaging materials. The only additional charges that may apply would be if you opt for insurance on your product. Refer to Question 4.

  1. How long does shipping take?
We generally aim to ship the smaller items within 2 weeks. For items which are larger or are commissioned, it may take between 3 to 4 weeks.

  2. Will the items be insured during shipping?
Your item can be insured at a slight additional cost that is in accordance to the shipping company. Overwrought can arrange for the necessary insurance. Product tracking can also be provided upon request.

  3. Which postal services do you use for product delivery?
We use the postal services of TNT and Australia Post. To ensure that the products are delivered safely, we put “Do Not Safe Drop” stickers on all parcels shipped out, as we do not want to risk losing any items. If you are not home, the courier will leave a note for you to collect the item at the post office.
